Fatbeam's Challenges

Fatbeam approached Mojenta in 2023 for help transforming its digital marketing efforts and generating leads for its growing sales team in both business and residential fiber. At the time, Fatbeam wasn't just struggling its digital presence was virtually non-existent due to:

  • An outdated brand and website
  • Virtually no organic traffic
  • Very few leads coming in from digital marketing efforts
  • Data silos resulting from a marketing platform that wasn't communicating effectively with Salesforce CRM

The Strategy: Update the brand and website, then drive traffic

Mojenta developed a multi-phase approach to transform Fatbeam's digital presence. The Mojenta team:

  • Refreshed Fatbeam's brand image and messaging to resonate with both business and residential audiences
  • Built a new website that prioritized search engine optimization (SEO) and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Migrated sales to HubSpot to streamline operations and data tracking
  • Launched an ongoing SEO strategy to improve site authority and drive organic traffic
  • Launched digital ad campaigns to drive bottom-of-funnel leads
  • Built a frictionless digital purchase pathway for residential customers

The Results: Massive improvements in organic traffic, contact generation, and lead conversion rates

The website overhaul delivered remarkable results in its first year, including:

Traffic growth. Traffic to Fatbeam's website grew substantially compared to 2023. There were 33.6K total sessions, which was an increase of 124,577%.

Contact generation. Fatbeam's website generated 760 new contacts in 2024, and 202 of these were business contacts. The top contributors were:

  • Organic search: 284

  • Direct traffic: 256

  • Paid search: 196

New visitor sessions. Over 71% of the visits to Fatbeam's site were new visitor sessions. This growth was primarily driven by organic search, which contributed 8.2K new visitor sessions.

As a result of the brand, website, and lead conversion improvements led by Mojenta, Fatbeam exceeded its 2024 growth goals and has expanded its marketing strategy in 2025 to grow even faster.
